You may be asking, does our unmatched customer attention as well as one-project at a time model cost you more? Nope. There are two business reasons why. First because we take the time needed on each project, construction is done right, in a high-quality manner, the first time. We don’t get ‘call-backs’ for problems. We just don’t. That is a huge cost savings for us, and our customers. Please, call our customers. We’ll give you our list with their numbers. Ask them if they’ve had to call us back. They will confirm that they don’t. Then, we don’t have the huge overhead costs associated with storage yards, large fleets of equipment, and managing large numbers of crews the larger production contractors have. These fixed and continuous expenses add significant cost to a construction project.
